Terms and conditions :
Allied Logics will build and maintain your web-site for one year. After one year, you can choose to continue with us or otherwise, we will hand over all the relevent material and code related to your web site. You can modify or improve these by yourself.
Allied Logics does not make any binding gaurantee towards the quality of the site. We will try our best to make it look great.
You agree that Allied Logics is not actually hosting your web-site, just designing them. After which it will be transferred to a web-server of your choice. Allied Logics exercises little or no control over the performance of these hosting services. We are not responsible for the performance of the hosting services.
The contract may be terminated anytime by either party. In case Allied Logics is breaking the contract, we agree that we will hand over all material developed so far, and will not charge any money. In case you choose to break the contract, you need to pay the money due to us and can have all material developed so far.
Please note that Allied Logics is not born out of commercial interests. We are doing this because this is a passion for us. And for that reason, money doesn't mean much to us. If we are convinced that you really cannot afford even that token sum that we charge, the rate is negotiable to the point of being absolutely FREE ! But this is based on our assessment of your capacity to pay or rather, the inability.
Software Development : Before we came to the web, we were basically a bunch of programmers, just eager to find the right audience. Now that the web is here there can be no complaints. We are quite used to C/C++, VB and Java. Click Here for more details.
